1. Spam Reviews
Meaningless text, symbols, emojis, gibberish, or content deliberately padded content
Content irrelevant to the game being reviewed
Overly brief content lacking substantive reference value (e.g., containing only words like "Good" or "Bad")
Duplicate or highly similar submissions
2. Advertising Reviews
Promotional content for personal or commercial purposes
Mentions of other games, apps, websites, social media accounts, or products/services
Referral codes, invitation links, or any other outbound promotional messages to divert users outside QooApp
3. Illegal or Prohibited Reviews
Politically sensitive, hateful, or socially disruptive remarks
Pornographic, obscene, or sexually suggestive material
Content involving drugs, violence, terrorism, or self-harm
Insults, personal attacks, discriminatory or harassing remarks
Disclosure of others’ personal information without authorization
4. Plagiarized or Duplicate Reviews
Non-original content copied from other users, official game descriptions, or external sources
Identical or near-identical reviews posted across multiple game pages
Reviews generated by bots or automated tools
5. False or Misleading Reviews
Clearly inaccurate or deceptive claims about the game
Malicious exaggeration or disparagement of game quality
Unverified accusations without supporting evidence
Content deliberately intended to mislead other players
6. Manipulated Ratings
Using multiple accounts to review or rate the same game
Participating in organized review or rating manipulation
Submitting reviews without actual gameplay experience
Reviews written in exchange for compensation or other benefits
7. Spoiler Content
Revealing major plot points, endings, or key events without a spoiler warning
Spoilers that may severely impact other players' gaming experience
8. Other Violations
Content violating QooApp Community Guidelines or Terms of Service
Abuse of the review function for malicious attacks, hype, or other improper purposes
Any other content deemed unsuitable for public display by platform administrators
Enforcement
Reviews violating the above rules will be hidden and will not be displayed on game pages
Severe or repeated violators may face account restrictions or suspension
Users who believe their review was hidden by mistake may request a review through the appeal process.
Appeals Process
If you believe your review was hidden in error, you may submit an appeal through [Customer Service Center]. We will review and respond within 7 business days.
QooApp reserves the right to interpret, revise, and update this policy.
